Blog 1: SmallTransport.com

Smalltransport.com is a well done website in my opinion. I like the layout, it’s not exactly like everyone else’s on the web right now, instead of the lines going all the way down the sides, they only go part way. He does a good job at presenting his portfolio and at having pleasing colors for site design. I love the small arrows he has by the majority of his links and the changing images on top.

There are a few problems. In some places he uses a very light gray text, this is one of the problems I do have with the site since it is a bit harder to read, perhaps he could have found a different way to make the text look different from the regular text. The only other huge problem is that there is no way know where you are on the site, with no change of colors or breadcrumb type navigation if you came in from a different site to just some page on his site, you wouldn’t know where you are.

Overall, for the purpose he is serving in creating the site, it is a well designed site. It shows off his work nicely and helps you get to know him some.
